When I started working out with Burnett last April, I had just had baby number 2, 5 months before. I was exhausted and very out of shape. Not just because of my pregnancy, but because I hadn’t worked out regularly since my now 5 year old (4 at the time) was born. I have 4 boys, ranging in ages from 12-14 months, my husband and I run 3 small businesses, and don’t have alot of free time. Committing to 2 hours at the gym two times a week seemed like a mountain to climb for me. But I made a commitment to myself to get healthy and strong, so Burnett became my calm within the storm. IOts the 2 hours a week that I give to myself- my body and mind. He is a quiet cheerleader, filled with smiles, happiness and positive energy. His work ethic is infectious and he pushes me to try my hardest and be my best.

We’ve been working on taking care of my whole body, so that I can be strong for me, my boys, and for my family. As we were preparing this submission, we took a video of me doing pushups. 10 months ago I couldn’t do 1, and now for the first time in my life I’m doing 20 at a time. I now have confidence I haven’t felt in a long time.  I’m healthier, I sleep better, I have more energy and my butt is back in the right place! So thankful for Burnett and my two hours of peace each week that help my world go round
