I first got into fitness in my early 20’s, like most people, for purely aesthetic reasons, but soon fell in love with the idea of achieving lifelong fitness. The intangibles that came with working out and healthy living are what keep me going, too, like increased confidence, better sleep quality, consistency in my schedule, and decreased stress — all of which made my life infinitely better, and can make your life better, too.

I am certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and hold specialty certifications in Kettlebell Lvl 1&2, Pre & Post Natal, Precision Nutrition and Trigger Point Therapy. I have years of experience in body recomposition, which includes fat loss and muscle gain. I have learned a lot over the years through competing in physique competitions about how the body can change with proper nutrition and precise programming. My overall approach to fitness is focusing on sustainability and my client’s ability to stay healthy for the long term!
